Apple Blossoms Culinary Services

Service

I work with a small number of households on a regular schedule - typically once or twice each week depending on the needs of the household - to provide ongoing, in-home service.  The goal is to take the daily question of meals off your plate in a way that holds up week after week, rather than needing to be solved one day at a time.

What’s Included:

Each service is built to take care of the full cycle of meal preparation, and to do it in a way that’s specific to your household, not generic.

Menu Planning

Menus are shaped around how your household actually eats—not just what sounds good on paper.  Preferences, routines, and the realities of your week all factor in, so meals feel like they belong on your table. Meals are designed with variety and balance in mind, so you’re not facing the same thing repeatedly.

Ingredient Sourcing

Shopping is handled in advance, with an eye toward quality, seasonality, and what works best for the plan that week.  The goal is not just quality ingredients, but the right ingredients for your household.

In-Home Cooking

All cooking is done in your kitchen, in a focused service day designed to set up the days ahead.  When timing allows, meals can also be left ready to serve or set out family-style on the table, rather than simply stored for later.  It’s a small thing, but one that can make the day feel more relaxed and complete.

Storage & Organization

Finished meals are portioned, labeled, and stored in a way that makes them easy to use..

Kitchen Reset

At the end of the day, your kitchen is reset, with everything in place for what comes next.

Over time, the service becomes more specific to your household.  I learn and adjust to what gets eaten, what gets skipped, and what actually works in practice.  This is not a fixed rotation of generic meals, it’s a working system that settles into sync with you.

How to Start Service:

Trial Period

All new clients begin with a short trial period.  This allows time to settle into your kitchen, understand your preferences in practice, and adjust the details that make the service feel seamless.  Because this is designed as an ongoing service, a single day rarely gives a clear picture.  Trial periods are typically scheduled over two to four service days.

Ongoing Schedule

After the trial period, most households move into a regular weekly or twice-weekly schedule, depending on how much support is needed.

Service Rates:

Regular in-home service is $400/service day for weekly or alternating-week schedules.

More frequent weekly service is typically arranged at $350/service day.

Ingredients are billed at cost.

Occasional Gatherings:

For households already on a regular schedule, I occasionally provide additional service for small gatherings or holiday meals.  This is handled on a limited, case-by-case basis, depending on timing, the existing service schedule, and availability.  In practice, it allows special occasions to be handled with the same continuity & ease as regular meals.

If this kind of steady, reliable approach to meals is what you are looking for - where planning, shopping, and cooking are simply handled - let’s talk.
